Heather is a Quad City native who has spent her career working in a number of different industries, including Education and Construction. She has experience working with a team of HR professionals and as a department of one.

Her expertise includes policy development, handbook creation, interview development, training and leadership development.

Heather has a Bachelors Degree in Communication and Marketing from Augustana College, a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University. She also has a concentration in Organizational Coaching from Lewis University.
She also has her SHRM-SCP certification and is a Certified HR Consultant.
Meet Josh
Retired Law Enforcement Professional with experience in investigations, fraud, harassment and civil issues.
Josh is a Quad City native who has spent his career working in law enforcement for over 23 years, first with the Scott County Jail and later retiring from the Davenport Police Department. Josh spent over 14 years in the Detective Bureau conducting investigations on internal theft, embezzlement, harassment and much more.

Josh has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration from Liberty University and has received many awards for his work and professional conduct over the years.
